These Terms govern your use of Project IZANAGI. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Use by Minors

The Service is designed for children aged 10–18 and their parents or guardians. Minors require parental or guardian consent to use the Service, including purchases.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Unauthorized access or disruption of the Service
• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of content
• Impersonating another user

5. Content

All content is educational and intended to teach about persuasive design patterns. It does not constitute medical advice or treatment.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be made if:

• Technical issues prevent content delivery
• Content materially differs from its description

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase to info-izanagi@namiflow.jp.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides educational content. It does not guarantee treatment of addiction or resolution of any problem. We are not liable for damages except as required by applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via this page. Updated Terms take effect two weeks after posting.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
