Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of Project IZANAGI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts

You create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

To delete your account, please contact us at info-izanagi@namiflow.jp. Personal data will be removed within 30 days of deletion, except where retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

3. Use by Minors

The Service is designed for children aged 10–18 and their parents or guardians. Minors require parental or guardian consent to use the Service, including purchases. By completing registration or making a purchase on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms their consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 16 has provided information without consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to or disruption of the Service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or make commercial use of any content without permission
• Impersonate another user or third party
• Take any action we reasonably determine to be harmful or abusive

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service (lessons, simulations, assessments, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to NamiFlow and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Content is for personal, educational use only.

The Service does not constitute medical advice or treatment.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after purchase. However, where required under applicable consumer protection laws (including the Australian Consumer Law), refunds will be provided. In addition, we will consider refund requests if:

• Technical issues prevent content delivery
• Content materially and objectively differs from its published description

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to info-izanagi@namiflow.jp. Please include your purchase date and a description of the issue.

7. Disclaimer

The Service provides educational content about persuasive design patterns. It does not guarantee any particular outcome, or treatment of addiction or dependency. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via this page and, where practicable, by email to registered users. Updated Terms take effect two weeks after posting. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.

Nothing in this clause affects any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Canadian consumer protection legislation, or the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
